Type: Part-Time (Up to 25 hours per week)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Agent Assistant to join our growing team. In this fast-paced role, you will provide critical, high-volume administrative and operational support to our Talent Agents. Key responsibilities include onboarding talent across internal and external casting platforms, tracking audition deadlines, organizing client materials, and managing daily schedules. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of entertainment industry experience (or 2+ years in administration) and thrives in an environment that requires prompt responses and exceptional attention to detail.
